• Anonymous hardware identifiers (Device ID) for license activation.
• Anonymous technical logs for system stability improvements.

We never sell your data to third parties.

We use technical cookies only to ensure your session persistence on the client portal. No advertising tracking cookies are used on our domains.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, and deletion of your data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting our data protection officer via privacy@izarrax.com.

IzarraX collects usage and system performance reports from active kiosk devices to allow fleet administrators to monitor their deployments in real time. This information is accessible only through the secure client portal by authorized members of your organization.

The following reports are generated:

• App Session History: Tracks when applications are launched, closed, and the total duration of active use (such as app package name and display label).
• Video Playback Analytics: Records video playback sessions, including video ID, name, start/end timestamps, and duration.
• Device Activity Metrics: Monitors screen-on/off durations, kiosk home screen visibility, total active app runtime, and screen state counts.
• System Identifiers: Includes device model, manufacturer, OS version, serial number, license key, and the current kiosk configuration version.

All analytics data is hosted securely in France, is strictly confidential, and is never sold to or shared with third parties. Organization managers have the ability to clear or reset all analytics data for any device at any time.

Usage and device analytics data, device state events, and related technical API logs are automatically and permanently deleted after 13 months.
